What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you subscribe to our letter we collect your email address. That is all — we do not build profiles, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we hold it
To take, pack and deliver your order, to answer your questions about it, and to send the occasional letter if you asked for one. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: the courier that delivers your parcel, and our payment provider once card payments are live. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone, for any purpose.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie to remember what is in your shopping bag, and one when a member of staff signs in to the admin area. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Write to info@ursula-couture.com and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
