Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Message us first and we will guide you through it.

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp and we will hold the size for you while the return is in transit.

Delivery

Every order is packed by hand in Beirut and dispatched within 1–2 business days by Aramex / DHL, with tracking. Lebanon delivery is $5; international shipping starts at $45 and is calculated at checkout.

Duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. Bank transfer details are sent with your order confirmation; your parcel ships once the transfer clears. Card payments are being activated with our bank and will appear at checkout as soon as they are live.

Returns

Pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@ursula-couture.com first so we can log the return and hold an exchange size for you.

Sale pieces can be exchanged but are not refundable. Anything that arrives faulty or incorrect is our cost, always.
